About Mawa Farm
Mawa Farm is the agricultural division of J&I Consult Ltd, specializing in livestock farming and fodder crop production. We manage a coordinated network of farms across Kenya, with operations concentrated in Nyeri—including Lachuta, Karungu and Lamuria Farms—and Nyahururu, where we operate Supuko and Mailo Kumi Farms.
Our focus is on breeding high-quality, climate-resilient livestock and cultivating nutrient-rich fodder crops to support sustainable livestock farming in semi-arid and rural areas.

Sahiwal breeder bull
We produce Sahiwal bulls ideal for dual purpose in semi-arid areas. Dual purpose cattle produce good bulls for meat and good females good for reasonable milk production in an open grazing situation. The Sahiwal breed was selected for its red coat, strong frame, heat and disease tolerance and tender beef
